The Council at its 312th meeting held from 25-27
December 2011 passed a Resolution under Regulation 205 to the effect that candidates
who register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) and complete
eight months study course, as on the first day of the month in which
examination is held would be eligible to appear in the IPCE to be held in May
2012 examination onwards.
Accordingly, candidates who registered for IPCC on
or before 1st September 2011 are eligible to appear in IPCE to be held in May
2012. Pursuant to the above-mentioned resolution, candidates are advised as
follows:
- The words
“Registered for IPCC/ATC on or before 16th August 2011” appearing in
Column 6 (i) of the physical exam forms (OMR forms) of May 2012 IPCE, be read
as “Registered for IPCC/ATC on or before 1st September 2011”.
- Paragraph 4(b) of
the “Notes for Information and Guidance of applicants” be read as
follows:
"he produces a certificate to the effect that he has undergone a study course, for a period of not less than eight months, as may be specified by the Council, for the relevant level(s), as on the first day of the month in which examination is held, in the manner as may be specified by the Council from time to time. - The words “Candidates registered for IPCC/ATC as on or before 16th August 2011” appearing in Category 1: be read as “Registered for IPCC/ATC on or before 1st September 2011”.
Students are advised to take note of the above
announcement and apply accordingly.
