CBEC appoints Common Adjudicating Authority to discharge duties conferred on JC of Ludhiana, Tughlakabad and JNPT

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, CFS, ICD, G.T. Road, Sahnewal, Ludhiana, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- 

(i)                        the Joint Commissioner of Customs, CFS, Ludhiana;
(ii)                      the Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad; and
(iii)                    the Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nhava Sheva, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, TalUran, District Raigad – 400707;

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s A & N Impex, House No.995, Sanjay Gandhi Colony, Sector-32A, Ludhiana  issued vide, DRI F.No. 856(08)LDH/2010/II/2646-2663 dated the 28th December, 2011, bythe Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ludhiana Regional Unit, Ludhiana.
